    That’s the secondary title he’s holding- the WBA regular title. So no, he’s not the champion.

    rigo got the regular WBA belt , inoue is the wba super champ, that's probably why they don't see rigo as a real champ atm

    Rigo is not a World Champion. Secondary titles count only for douches who buy the sht coming from corrupts of the sport and those with interest.
    But he might become one if he beats Casimero.

    Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Nonito fan, but he's not getting younger and I think Inoue will continue honing and sharpening his skills after that one. Not sure anybody below 126 can beat Inoue

    That's the next fight SHO is setting up. I don't know if Rigo has it in him to handle someone like Casimero at this stage of his career. But yeah, much easier to fight to make and then the winner of that fight can fight Inoue.
