The ship has sailed for this fight. The first fight was excellent, I really thought we were witnessing the real beginning of Rigondeaux, but the casual fan was not interested in his style of boxing. I loved watching him, the little things he did that set him apart were superb. The fights just never came for him, and he never seemed to bothered to me, quite a sad career for someone of his skillset. The less said about that "fight" with Lomachenko the better. I don't recall Rigo throwing a punch, never mind landing a shot, before pulling out with an "injury" Sad career. Nonito beats him at this stage in a completely pointless fight.

Rigo looked awful in his last fight and you could see his legs just aren't there anymore.

I would love to see that rematch because lately Rigondeaux has been settling down his punches more for power and not moving as much.
