Did Bob Arum do Eddie Hearn dirty?

Bob was adamant that the Wilder arbitration couldn't stop Fury vs Joshua.

Was that an innocent mistake on his part? Or was it a deliberate lie?

Maybe it was payback for Hearn bidding on the Teofimo fight?

The fact that Wilder was releasing training videos, when he was in hiding for 9 months prior to that, the fact that Wilder signed his contract 2 days after the arbitration, Fury 4 days after etc, Trampler on social media about Fury having a July PPV, Arum not signing the termination contract in December, Arum not appealing the ruling, just getting everything sorted out within 4 days!

Even stevie knows what’s up… It all can’t be a coincidence.

What termination contract? There was a mediation/arbitration clause in the existing contract and Wilder exercised it. In NOVEMBER...

Former heavyweight world titlist Deontay Wilder is taking world champion Tyson Fury to mediation in an effort to force what Wilder’s team believes is his contractual right to a third fight with Fury next, Wilder co-manager Shelly Finkel told BoxingScene on Tuesday.

He sent Eddie on a fool's errand. Look how quickly the Wilder fight got signed, that's Top Rank/Haymon, FOX/ESPN negotiating. This has been in the works for more than a few weeks.

Could be. I kinda forgot about that cuz it seemed like nothing, but Bob didn't think it was nothing.

Arum is petty and conniving. He strikes me as a guy who would do anything to bury a competitor.

wilder vs fury in the US does bigger numbers than aj vs fury. it's fury's last fight with espn.
after that, dazn will take the aj-fury fight.
ill be surprised if fury extends his espn contract. they've lost money on him anyway,

No argument from me. I think you mighta answered your own question & come up with the why as well. It would definitely seem like the most likely reasoning with the info we know currently.

From there, assuming you are correct, my next thing would be was Fury on board with this the whole time & just playing the game or was this all a surprise to him too.

He did him dirty. Bob had plan A and plan B, A was to have the Joshua fight and B was lose Arbitration and have the Wilder fight but if Hearn knew how wrong the case was for Wilder he would of gone the Usyk route so Bob and Warren and Fury lied about it to keep Hearn working.
