Is Teofimo serious about fighting Haney next?

Do you think Teofimo is serious about his call outs to Haney saying he is going for Haney's head after Kambosos?

You know, I was researching a bit and he is contemplating fighting Taylor at 140 now. I mean, I am not so sure Teo will fight Haney, I am about to push a vid on it to elaborate more. Teo is now saying along the lines of he's a cash cow and when fighters talk like that, sometimes they use it to avoid certain fights. I am not so sure about Teo right now on taking Haney

Yeah Teo was talking all big like he the cash cow, that is usually an excuse. He hasn't done enough to talk big **** like that he beat Loma but it was a close fight also Loma was the much smaller man in there. We knew Loma may struggle at the weight because he was in close fights with Linares, Pedraza, Campbell, he was never truly great at 135. Loma was great at 126 and 130. But Teo never went up in weight so he aint prove himself like these true p4p greats yet. I thought he was ducking Haney. But if he wants to fight him that would be great for the sport of boxing.

Right, I mean, I give Teo credit, he beat Commey, Naka (very close fight) and Loma back to back I get it, but something tells me he will shy away from Haney man.

He would fight anybody just to avoid a rematch with Loma

I mean, a rematch with Loma is not even in his mind I think. It's long gone, plus Loma is fighting Nakatani next. I just feel Teo won't fight Haney next for one reason or another

Loma-Lopez rematch is a PPV in-house fight, it'll never be gone

I'm doubtful it happens. Haney is getting $3 Mill vs Linares and I think Teo is getting around the same for Kambosos. So if each win their next fights both are going to want no less than $5 Mill guaranteed. Is that fight REALLY worth $10 Mill? Will Triller pay for that? I suppose so but something tells me they won't be able to work out a deal and Teo moves up in weight and Haney fights Jojo v Fortuna winner for (maybe) Vacated belt making him "Unified" Lightweight Champ.

Haney is no sure thing against Linares, imo. True, Linares has 5 losses but all by stoppage. I'm not sure Haney can stop Linares.
