Max Kellerman explained back in 2019 why Pac is still a greater pound-for-pound fighter than Floyd:

Many fans are forgetting that Pac is a naturally smaller fighter than Floyd. The fact that Pac is even able to compete in the same weight class as Floyd is a huge accomplishment in itself. What Pac did, start out as a flyweight and tear through divisions all the way up to middleweight, is an unprecedented feat in boxing history. His loss to Floyd, a naturally larger fighter, doesn't diminish Pac's achievement.

Now that Floyd struggled so badly against a 0-1 novice cruiserweight, it shows just how much weight matters. Floyd isn't able to compete against naturally larger fighters the way Pac has done time and time again. Pac is the very definition of a "pound-for-pound" GOAT. While I wouldn't rank him higher than Ali or Robinson, I would agree with Kellerman that Pac deserves to be ranked higher than Floyd on the P4P GOAT rankings.

Exactly, the little guy jumped through 8 division classes and skipped a few in between. The guy is smaller than majority of who he's fighting and still was able to power through grit and skill. That's the very definition of amazing. Like what Max Kellerman said, even without yet beating Spence. He already has an argument to be the GOAT.

Well it’s not the law to have to be a fan of Mayweather and not Pacquaio if you are an African American. In fact it’s not against the law to be fan of both or neither of them and you don’t have to hate one to be a fan of the other.

I know you & I made a pact not to argue this, but I just wanted to respond here. The part about Pacquiao fans not going into detail about defending his career. First of all, his career speaks for itself. There's really no need to even need to defend it. Virtually all boxing experts, historians and actual boxers have him as a living legend, first ballot hall of famer and certified all-time great.

Anyway here's why I personally don't go into detail when defending his career from Pacquiao's detractors. It's simply because it's a waste of time. Arguing boxing is like arguing politics. When the other side is dug into their beliefs, right or wrong, no matter what you say it won't change how they feel. So what's the point. There's nothing I could say that would sway you. So I'm not going to waste the effort and trying to do so. That would be futile.
