It would be silly for Taylor to risk all his belts on a guy coming up from 135 in his first fight at 140. I think Teo could get the fight if he even beat one solid name at 140lb, but not outright.. I certainly think the bigger challenge is Crawford.

      1) he’s already having a hard time maintaining weight and has talked about moving up. Where the hell have you been? 2) do something first? He officially unified his division. I don’t count the email champ as a title.

It’s obvious Taylor wants no part of Teo.

I would put money that Teo beats him down badly.

Catterall then Lopez would be the best fights for Taylor. Crawford would KO him. Taylor has a chance with Lopez.

Yeah, the guy who has openly disclosed an interest in moving up to face one of the two p4p boogeymen of 147 in what any sane person would deem a more daunting challenge is terrified of Lopez. This is the kind of logic you get from a cheeseball who sleeps with a copy of The Secret under his pillow

Floyd was arrogant for sure, but it was a confident arrogance - even a bit endearing...Lopez’s arrogance is just straight up off-putting. I’ll watch every one of his fights ‘cus he’s a great boxer, but I doubt I’ll ever again be rooting for him to win.
I'm not sure if he's trying to play a character or something but some of the stuff he says makes him sound like a moron. Or at least is just really bad at wording things. His post fight comments after Nakatani and saying that Garcia, Haney and Tank need to prove themselves to earn a fight with him (which is odd when he went straight from his first title shot to Loma) stand out as really odd statements.

When exactly did Taylor say he wants no fighters from a different division?

Lopez made himself a hot commodity by beating the PFP #2 king. If he’s having a hard time making weight then his present natural fighting weight could be 140 and above. He’d be an instant fight for Taylor and no way Taylor passes it up. Teo is the real deal.

This guy and his dad are A grade clowns.

Taylor beats him any day of the week.
