Its like a PGA golfer competing in a game of H-O-R-S-E with a NBA player. I guess some people want to pay for this stuff. I don’t.

In principle, Dana should let GSP do whatever he wants, its a terrible match up anyway which I wouldn't want to see and boxing/MMA contracts have worked like this forever, so at the end of the I guess I don't care what happens.

I feel bad for GSP on a personal level but at the same time of course Dana isnt going to do anything to help Oscar of all people line his pockets. And unless theres directly money in it for him he isnt going to be keen on a competing sport cynically using MMA fighters for mainstream attention and clout either.

If GSP is “retired” what legal bounds does the UFC have? Lol
I think White if anything PERSUADED GSP not to take the fight and that’s what GSP is riding on from the public perspective, yet GSP is detailing boxing’s gloves for what? The article hints that an old 50 year old coked head DLH would demolish GSP?
let’s be real, GSP saw DLH grinding in great shape as of late and he got shook, bringing up gear for comparison. That’s all GSP scared to fight a boxing legend, not White caring. All White could do is persuade one of his UFC legends not lose to rival promoter DLH since it makes White look bad… Proving boxing is no joke with fists. But if GSP really wanted to fight DLH he could. He’s not an active UFC fighter. Unless of course White is still GSP’s manager and he would threaten him with legal action if he fought DLH? GSP is an idiotGucciGod likes this.

Would you think boxing was getting exposed if half of the biggest UFC PPVs these days were main evented by ex-boxers getting tapped out in the first round?

Dana should've allowed GSP to make that extra money.
He does have some point I guess; in that boxers and of course the youtuber Jake wants to fight mma guys who can't box well, yet few renowned boxers go fight mma guys in the UFC.
