And besides.. was Pac the one saying to the world. He is giving Floyd a rematch. Nope. Floyd said it to the world he wants a Pac rematch. And as the story goes duck his way to fighting noobs and cab drivers in exhibition match.. That's just how it is bud. Facts.
As I said while you wrongfully accused me of saying DLH didn't get a rematch with Pac and then failed to see my sarcastic remark about Mayweather De La Hoya, since Floyd retired right after avoiding DLH what made you think he'd give Pacquiao a rematch. And as a bonus I wrote Floyd's name since reading comprehension might not be your strong suit.

Okay.. so that's how it is.. He didn't. Doesn't make it right.. But did Floyd say I'll be giving Delahoya a rematch? He didn't say that. But he did say it to Manny and the world. That's the big difference. I think that's the point you can't seem to get. Could be your comprehension as well. Said it a few posts back.

This is what you said. Delahoya quitting on Floyd. One can assume with this lack of clarity on your sentence. You meant quitting on the fight. which I corrected you by saying he didn't quit against the Floyd fight. That was in Manny's fight. So I guess, my comprehension is practically intact can't say the same for you though.

It was scheduled as Mayweather agreed to the fight and signed a contract to fight De La Hoya foregoing a 20 million dollar payday at that time in 2007. The only reason he didn't fight is he came back to years and fans moved on. He had signed for a rematch and retired to get it cancelled that's more of a promise than your oh he said it after a fight.

floyd calls himself a coward. only a coward would ever call himself a coward.
without haymo espinoze greenberg sulaiman protection floyd was basically a journeyman like his father. he came along at the right time when the american establishment needed a black star to sell so they sold counterfeit pretender floyd and a lot of damn dumb fans bought the fraud's act.
now fraud weather has to piggyback off clowns like paul.

When there is money for a big fight what does it mean in the boxing world? There is a clamor for a fight. It means it's a fight that boxing fans wants to see settle an unfinished business. The fact it got dragged and the fans moved away is why it failed. Now since, I don't really know who dragged it whether it was Floyd or Delahoya is not something I'll argue about, since I have no idea who didn't want it.. But I can assume Delahoya wanted a rematch so I guess if someone who would drag it out to lose steam should be Floyd. But don't quote me on this because, I have no prior knowledge of the events that transpired.

That said, I've been explaining to you my point and you seem not to get it for lack of comprehension. If there is clamor, there is money in prize fighting.. And to say that Pac Floyd 2 has no clamor and no money is being naive. Half of the world saw Pac winning, and not to mention a Pacquiao Mayweather rematch is a global event. Not just in our country, thus, there is so much prize fighting money to be made if it was done.

This doesn't mean I want to see a rematch. I will if its made, but this thread is merely to show who has been ducking all these years.. Saying and not doing.. Has been a Floyd motto ever since. When he was young he ducked Cotto Margarito, now that Floyd is past it he has ducked the best welters including Thurman, Crawford, Spence and Pacquiao. That's going to be part of his legacy. How he slithered his way to winning fights as he ducked when he was young.. and to this day. Like I said, to each his own. Everyone has right to quit in his given profession. Hope that's clear enough for you.

Anyway, your argument that the ship has sailed is a false. The fact that Floyd can still Fight Mc Gregor, the Midget in Japan, and now a famous youtuber.. It means he can still fight. And the fact he mentioned he wanted a rematch with Pacquiao and has not done it to this day. Only shows how ***** he has become. There's no other explanation to it. There's money, there's legacy in this fight, Floyd can still fight but chose to fight pansies.. It's an obvious duck. It's just the way it is..

To each his own.. He chose to walkwaway fighting legit fights.. That's on him, and I said, that's also where the bucks stops in how his legacy is defined, while in Pac's case his legacy is still being enhanced because he still daring to fight live dogs and challenging himself at the age of almost 43 by the time he fights Spence. I hope that is clear enough for you. You seem to have a hard time understanding.

I repeat it's not Pac who told the world He will rematch Floyd. Floyd told the world he wants a rematch.. And like I said, he chose not to.. Show what character he is a professional boxer. True fighters of the game fight for legacy. Defining legacy by the rivals they had during the course of their career.

Ali had Frazier, Sugar Ray had Marvin Hagler, Pac had, Morales, Marquez, Barrera to name a few of those epic rematches and trilogies.. Floyd sad to say don't have that. It's on him. So hope that's clear enough for you.

Proof Floyd Mayweather Scared of Margarito and Ducking Cotto

Thank you brotha' seems like Floyd fan boys are staying clear of the obvious truth that Floyd is quacking bigtime. It's hilarious how much they are avoiding this thread like a plague.

They are living in a bubble that I keep bursting hehe Exposing the truth about their ***** hero

They know deep down their idol's action is a disgrace. And at this point in time, Floyd ducking Pacquiao is undeniable.

                  Let it go lol.

Floyd has been retired 6 years and is 44. He’s just having fun making money from exhibitions from people willing to pay.

he beat Manny, let it go. It’s honestly not worth caring that much about, it’s just boxing. Manny has had a legendary career and still going, he just wasn’t as good a boxer as Floyd, very few have been. It’s not the end of the world.

if manny is still fighting at 42 because he wants or it needs to, that’s on him. It doesn’t change the fact Floyd was a better fighter and proved it when they fought.

Manny fans aren't fans of boxing, just Manny sycophants and it's beyond annoying.

Naah. Not really.. Floyd with all those IVs and home town scoring won him a fluke fight. Not to mention all that advantages running and hugging over an injured one armed fighter Pacquiao. That didn't really say much to be conclusive just as a have explained his coach and uncle Roger knows he needs a rematch for legacy. Turning it down after harping that he will fight Pac just shows fear.

Not to mention most of nation outside the US so Pac winning so your take is pretty clouded.. But yeah, Floyd can do what he wants, but he is on record for ducking over words he said that he will fight Pac in a rematch. That is not a good take.

That's said. I actually love it that Floyd keeps on digging his own grave. Pac is winning without even throwing a punch. It just shows how Floyd is just too scared to dance with Pacquiao with all the money that can generate in a rematch. That's how you know Floyd won a Fluke win.

At this point Foyd is in Pac's rear view mirror collecting dust as Pac zooms away farther and farther to greatness.
