Is Floyd uncle Roger wrong for telling Floyd to rematch Pacquiao?

Roger Mayweather: That would put him amongst the greatest fighters, but Floyd had a good, long legacy anyways. He will be amongst some of the greatest fighters but hes got to close the thing with Pacquiao before he ever does that, because thats one of the known guys that people respect and I think thats the guy that he's gonna have to beat or have to show something with.

He’s been retired. Not enough demand for a Pacquiao rematch to bring him out. It’s not like that fight would’ve done McGregor numbers.

A real TBE fights all comers and even in the twilight of his career still seeks hard challenges..

That sound more like Manny to me lol

Not to mention the IV ridden Floyd to run and hug for dear life over a one armed injured Pacquiao. That's just pathetic.

That to me just shows how lame that fight was that Floyd had to issue an apology to his Fans and seek a rematch.. As his Uncle Roger wanted him to..

Sadly, he has no balls to fight for legacy defining TBE. #fakewin

Nah Floyd won, Pac lost. If Pac were to beat Floyd and never gave him a rematch, I would say Pac > Floyd, but that didn't happen. As far as legacy stands, he beat Pac and that's what history will remember.

First fight was boring as ****. I can't believe a rematch is on anyone's mind 6 years later.

I wish that was the case.. but all the odds stack up against Pacquiao against a Vegas fighter who lays the golden egg. Not really the case.

See a one armed Pacquiao be the aggressor over an IV ridden Floyd while Floyd runs and hugs for majority of a 3 minute round is just pathetic. So pathetic that Uncle Roger wants a rematch.

And Floyd's own dad in the corner shouting your fighting scared son. That alone should tell you who was fighting ***** that night. Pac with just one good arm was too much for Floyd.

Thus Pac > Floyd, so much so that Floyd senior, Floyd's dad wanted Floyd to retire after the fight. It's that bad..

Who truly needs this fight is Floyd to redeem his ***** self that night.. but sadly he rather fights the youtubers of this world.. That's just how the cookie crumbles I guess..

Nothing was really concluded that night. At this point they could have 2 more fights.. but Floyd chose the easy road.. When it could have helped his legacy.. Fear can do this to boxers.. Just is..

            Facts are out..

Floyd Mayweather Sr. after the fight :

@ 1:50 mark Floyd senior said about floyd's time to retire: 'When you can't do what you use to do it's time.' referring to his son

He knew his son dont have it anymore lmao.. He saw his son fight like a ******

            During the fight Floyd senior

Floyd senior saying to his son his losing. You are losing son!

Father to son @ around 1:38 - You fight like your scared man!

Father to son @ around 2:05 - Floyd Mayweather losing man?!

@ 2:20 Floyd jr to Floyd Snr.: no matter what I love you.. (ready to lose)

At this point. It's impossible to make. Floyd dragged it too long that he cannot compete in Pac's level nor Spence, Crawford or even Thurman, just as he loves retiring when it's convenient for him, so as he did so many times in his career.. You can't blame Pac for that, Pac fights anyone, anywhere, heck Pac was even suppose to fight Crawford but negotiations didn't pan out so he is now fighting Spence.

But sadly Floyd rather take the safe road.. That is his choice. That's what he wants. That's how will live with. That's going to be part of his legacy..

Pac will be remembered more as the true old school fighter that did above and beyond what true ATGs or TBEs should be doing.. and not wasting his gifts fighting patsies.

Like I said, Pac and floyd are house hold names and Pac is even of a a global icon. You may not see it, but half of the world saw Manny get robbed and there's a significant money to be made if a rematch happen. All four corners of the globe will be watching this fight. You're naive not to see that, if you think there was no money this passed 6 years..

You are only right, if you think it can't happen anymore today. Yes, it can't anymore. Floyd at this point in time is levels and levels below Pac, Crawford, Spence and even Thurman. He can't dance with the big boys now.. He had 6 years to grow a pair but sadly, he chose the safe road.. We have to assume he has decayed tremendously. That's his legacy. He chose it. He has to live with his actions.

You want some cheese to go with that whine? And Floyd is so technically sound that he could walk out of a casket and beat Pacquiao.

Sure sure..you can say floyd can jump tall buidings in a single bound, but that doesn't mean it's true bud. Only facts matter.

Everyone knows Floyd fought a scared fight. Even His dad said in the corner.. Pathetic really. So pathetic. His dad wanted him to retire after the fight itslef on the same night.. Is that someone who truly won? Nope.. I say Vegas saved his ass..

Floyd also signed on to rematch ODLH in 2008 but then “retired” after Floyd Sr. was announced as Oscars trainer.
