When Floyd told Stephen A during their interview that he wouldn't give Manny a rematch after he started making excuses with the shoulder, everything else after that was lip service. That obviously pissed him off.

Naah that won't fly.. He was on record he was suppose to fight Pacquiao Dec 2018. That was way past when he talked to Stephen A.

Not to mention, if you watched the video Pac and Floyd showed up in Japan to talk about it. That was late 2018. As the video showed he wanted it.

Not to mention the arab trip were in he swindled 2 million from the arabs for promising a Pacquiao fight. That should tell he just got cold feet.
