Taylor says he's defending against Catterall before Crawford.

Thurman is the only available option for him. He was also willing to fight him but Bob says he can't afford the PBC fighters.

Those are the options other than the usual no name bums. But I do like the idea of pitting Crawford against Castano at 154. Castano is not that big. And not that technical.
I mean Castano is fighting Charlo in July, so he's not fighting Crawford until late in the year should he beat Charlo.

Porter still doesn't have a date locked up or an opponent. Time to still make that fight for Crawford and honestly if I'm TR, I'm contacting Ugas as well.

Mikey talked about Taylor but he will fight at WW still I'm sure.

    Plenty of options for Crawford.

Maybe Crawford can look to pursue a fight with Regis. He doesn't seem to be linked to any 1 network. The downside is that Regis doesn't seem keen on fighting at 147 yet.

Golovkin is fighting a bum in the summer and Murata in New Year's Eve in Japan.
Murata will be the co-main for Golovkin's fight in the summer.

Crawford should try to be that bum. Or is the fighter chosen?

              Already chosen unfortunately.

What Mikey wants doesn't mean anything since who is to say he gets the winner next?

I saw the podcast but nothing is official yet and first he was talking July but now Wilder/Fury III is in July so things are still in limbo.

FOX hasn't released their schedule yet because now they have had to add Wilder/Fury III in July, Spence/Pacquiao in August and may also put on Canelo/Plant in September. Things are in flux so if I'm Crawford, I still take my shot there and try to make it happen with both Porter and Ugas.....But from Arum's comments that's not going to happen. He's not getting Taylor next either so not sure what Crawford does to be honest.

I see no resolution to this until Crawford leaves Arum and maybe become a free agent.
Joining PBC is just as useless. I just can't see Thurman, Garcia, Porter getting excited wanting a piece of the Bud.

I'm underwhelmed by the Tank vs Barrios fight so that isn't exactly something to aspire to.

But Vergil Ortiz is the perfect opponent for Terence Crawford. He has some buzz but is still inexperienced and would be a very winnable fight...so of course Dud shoots himself in the foot and doesn't want it right now.

                    He's his own worst enemy.
