Molina looks fleshy round the waist & is clearly not the man he was 10 years ago at 154. Sam should also try to get back to 154. he isn't very quick or skilful & his biggest strength is his strength & size. If he carries on campaigning at 160 he'll run into men as big & strong as him (some of whom walk around at, like, 190) with better skills & he'll get KO'd.
