Josh Taylor should never fight in America again after that farce

    117-108 Taylor 116-110 at WORST

Bayless gives Ramirez 45 seconds to recover after each knockdown, breaks them up every time Taylor was getting the best of it but doesn't when Ramirez is on top

Taylor had to beat 5 men tonight, Ramirez, Bayless and the judges.

Pathetic and it'd be way worse if he was fighting one of the US golden boys like Crawford or Spence.

Go fortress up in Scotland and stay defending 140. If Crawford or Spence want some they come to 140 and fight in your back yard.

The fooked up thing is if Taylor had not scored those knockdowns, either one of those rounds could have been 10-9 to Jose Ramirez on the judge's cards. To say that the knockdowns won him the fight is laughable. Totally outclassed the house fighter, the ESPN stream I watched, they talked up everything Ramirez did and downplayed everything Taylor did. OP is right, imagine if Taylor had been fighting Top Rank's other big-name at 140-147... think Josh would have been down 10 rounds on the cards from the opening round. Joke scores from the most corrupt city in the world of Boxing.

Yeah that was a clear victory, this place would explode with rage if a Yank got those scores in the UK.

I am even more sick of these blatantly paid off referees than I am the corrupt judges.
Its like when that Mexican (I should look up his name but cba, sorry) was beating the hell out of Josh Warrington, he did everything he possibly could to try help JW and almost got the man killed.

I've said it before and I'll say it again the best Country for refereeing & judging is Russia! No idea why it has a bad stigma, that Country is the only one in boxing where you'll get a good chance of getting a fair shake.

I did not watch the fight.

was wondering why he only won by two points when he had two knock downs.

              was this fight even close?

only thing I could see hurting Taylor is he ****ing clinched everytime Ramirez got close after the 2nd KD, dude was the poster child of trying to just coast to a victory, very Erislandy Lara-esque, a lot of movement and few clean shots

                  Completely agree.

He knocked Ramirez OUT twice. The referee kept Ramirez in it.

He won AT LEAST 8 rounds. He got six on the cards.

We’re not even mentioning that Bayless threatened to dock a point after a second warning, which would have made it a draw.

No, Ramirez won like 3 rounds 4 if you want to be nice.
