Lol it’s obviously Taylor, Crawford possibly being a better fighter means nothing in the context of the question.

        1. Josh Taylor has BY FAR the better resume at 140.
        2. He doesn't NEED Terence Crawford. Crawford is unknown outside of Boxing circles, it isn't a big fight globally, and they just tried to rob Josh on a Top Rank card. No way he gets a fair shot on a Top Rank show against Crawford.
        3. You talk about Crawford like he is a demi-God, but he has a weak resume. Wouldn't have even been a Contender in the days of Mayweather, Pacquiao, Cotto, Hatton, etc.
        4. Josh won the WBSS in London, defended his titles in London, then went to Las Vegas to unify the division. He has earned the right to take a homecoming fight in Scotland.

You know a fanbase is clutching at straws when they have to throw shade at currently active, relevant fighters, on the rise, to try and keep their guys name circulating. EMBARRASSING!! ¡Muy embarazoso! Pac-Spence is going to be wild, Josh Taylor is the 140 KING, and Shawn Porter is waiting for the call. It's okay though! Maybe super Bud Crawford can fight err... Josesito Lopez, or David Avenesyan... because everyone else is scurred!

Taylor earned his undisputed titles the right way. Crawford's titles mean very little when you look at who he beat to get them. It's day and night.

Crawford’s marquee win at 140 was Postol nearly 30 fights, Taylor beat him after a dozen.

Crawford fights at 147 now not 140,

If Taylor wants to move up to 147 God help him.

No what I mean is that if Bud beats Taylor coming up in weight and unproven at 147 it's not really gonna elevate him much cos he's already considered one of the three or four best P4P. Of course in the exceptionally unlikely event of the upset Taylor would have to be slotted in as a top 5ish dude I'd imagine.
