Taylor soundly beat Ramirez, but with all the holding it was a chore to watch.
There was a clinch after every exchange, some call it technical fighting, for me it's tedious.

Props for coming across the pond and doing it, deserves all the credit.

You have guys in here calling Taylor a bum but those same guys were ready to crown Ramirez "King" had he beat that same "bum." You hate to see it.
Yeah, I am not fan of Taylor as a person but the BIAS is thick when they call a fighter a Eurobum which I've seen several of them do here.

The interesting part will be to see how long before the IBF orders a mandatory and strips Taylor ( Crawford was stripped within weeks) which takes all the warm and fuzzy's out of having an undisputed champ.

The only time the IBF won't strip quickly is when the fighter in question has massive commercial and crossover appeal (AJ, Canelo ) and therefore makes them enough money to leave a fighter alone.

Taylor hasn't reached those heights so lets see.
Taylor made the IBF mando defense just before this fight, WBO mandatory is due immediately with fellow Brit Jack Catterall

Bunch of double-minded soy boys if I've ever seen such a thing. They would've kept the "Eurobum" comments to themselves had Ramirez done WTF he was supposed to do tonight.

Josh Basically hugged and ran the whole fight, sucjer punched Ramirez who is too humble for his own good. Josh is a coward and a boring fighter, Ramirez stood up and traded blows, never hugging.

Good fight, good win for Taylor. Bad night for Bayless -- both knockdowns he gave extra time to Ramirez to recover, especially the second. Scorecards were ridiculously close, so not a good night for the judges either, but at least they got the right decision.

Great achievement for Taylor to go to Vegas and take all the marbles. Shame he seems to have that ****ish edge to his personality outside the ring; hopefully achieving so much will spur him on to being a better person.

Ramirez did good in the middle ground, but Josh was too strong inside. Josh forced the mauling and got the better of it. Good win.

Taylor fulfilled his IBF mandatory before this fight.

Great fight. Sorry to see someone lose. Taylor won big though and now has all the belts. He will be targeted from here on. And now has a big cash advantage.

Ramirez is clearly the more likable guy of the two but stop lying, Ramirez hugged and punched after the bell during the last half of the fight.
