Cong**** to Taylor! Way to represent for your country! I would suggest fighting Teofimo Lopez @ 140, and NOT Terence Crawford @ 147! If making 140 is too difficult, try Conor Benn or Vergil Ortiz Jr. before challenging Crawford!

Boy were you wrong, Richard. I remember when you convinced me that Jose Ramirez was going to beat the crap out the 'Tart-Tomato', I regret listening to you. I had my doubts about Ramirez condition and discipline when I seen him drunk on the 'Snow Queen' Youtube channel, a few months ago, but you kept reminding me of how Taylor was constantly struggling to make the jr. welterweight limit, and that he would be to weak in the later rounds to defend himself from Ramirez relentless offense. THANKS A LOT!

Yeah I thought Josh took his foot off the gas pedal in the later rounds because he knew had the fight won in the bag; Especially after the two knockdowns.

Not sure, I think it got to the point where Taylor was looking for that perfect counter a little too much while Ramirez was trying to figure out how to get in without taking it.

That was the whole fight - Ramirez learning early that he couldn't rush in without taking counters - Taylor waiting for it - and Ramirez not having a plan B. i thought Ramirez got way too much credit for his bullrushes later on in the fight as they were largely ineffective and just meant the two reset at distance for a repeat of Taylor trying to catch him on the way in again.

Pre-fight I thought Ramirez would take it as he would overwhelm Taylor with activity and Taylor would spend the whole fight trying to keep him off. I thought Taylor did well to teach Ramirez early that he couldn't do that. Not sure how anything would change in a rematch - Ramirez would rush in earlier and just get caught earlier.

That was a very good scrap. When you see all 3 judges score an action fight like this the same, it makes you wonder. I would like to see all 3 cards to see if all 3 scored all 12 rounds the same. Anyway, I had Taylor by 3 points. Really enjoyed this fight. Kudos to both fighters.

I didn't see a performance that makes me think a fight with Crawford would be competitive. I think he should target Teofimo Lopez @ 140, even if he has to vacate a belt to Catterall! Taylor vs. Lopez would sell just as much, if not more, than Crawford vs. Taylor!

Big win and a great job by Taylor. Those KD's were heavy, I thought the second one may of ended the fight. Bayless was poor again.

I thought Taylor won by a larger margin that the judges did, I felt he was up on rounds.

He's cleaned out the division now. The Prograis and Ramirez wins were great wins and I imagine he'll be on most P4P lists now.

Preferably, I'd want Teo to face Haney/Linares first before moving up.

Good analysis here. Taylor had him figured out. His team knew what they wanted to do and he executed it nicely.
