I think Usyk is the 2nd best opponent AJ will have faced, behind Wlad. He might not be a big guy or big puncher but he is very skilled, very durable, is used to dealing with bigger opponents and chips away at you as the fight progresses. Even with his lack of one punch power he can still hurt you through cumulative damage in the later rounds when he really starts turning up the pressure. AJ is going to have his work cut out for him because knocking Usyk out is hard and (genuinely) winning on the scorecards is hard too.

Of course he could win two or three rounds and probably be gifted a draw but thats another story.

As you said styles make fights.

Usyk will have far more time and space to work v AJ. It’ll be a totally different fight.

          Usyk gives AJ big problems.

I think the time and space to work benefits AJ and his tremendous size and reach advantage, however I reserve the right to analyze the matchup some more and revisit the topic after that.

When Joshua beats him easily you'll hide from this thread and never mention your terrible prediction again. This is one of the easiest fights for Joshua. Usyk doesn't even have a punchers chance.

Correction. Usyk beats him wide on everyones scorecards except for the 3 hired judges.

Not if it’s in the UK. I can guarantee Fat Terry will produce a 117-111 AJ card.

In all seriousness, I believe Usyk has a much better chance than a lot of people think, I remember him soundly out-boxing Joyce, who’s a bigger guy than Joshua, over 5 rounds in the WSB.

It’ll be a close fight IMO.
