what happens to the p4p rankings if ?

floyd would get the top spot.

jmm and pac falls slightly.

cotto stays the same.

Mayweather goes back on top, that's obvious, after that it depends on how JMM and Manny lost. If Marquez loses a game decision and Manny gets KOed, or both lose close fights, Marquez stays at 2 and Manny goes to 3. If both lose bad Manny goes to 2 and Marquez to 3. Cotto won't be above any of them, you typically rise up the P4P ranks by moving up in weight and winning. I'll say he is around the 5th spot.

I think Mayweather would take the number one spot and Cotto would advance. That's all I know.

pac and jmm will keep their rank. mayweather will be in the top10 and cotto will have a better place in the rankings. floyd wont be number1 by beating a lightweight, he should prove himself against the top guys at welter if he wants to be #1

you're right.. he SHOULDNT be considered #1 for fighting a lightweight.. but since it is the #2 p4p fighter, people who make the rankings wont care.. its still Floyd and people still wanna be on his nutsack.. so unfortunately for us we will have to hear him brag about how he is #1 again for no real reason...

i just hope that the people who make the rankings can be smarter than that. cotto should have a better place in the p4p list compared to floyd no matter what the outcome of their fights. its like saying paul williams should be #5 if he beats vasquez
