Roy Jones Jr: "I Ain't Quit Like De La Hoya Did"

Jones is 3x the size of Delahoya so whats your point?Oscar could have never won titles all the way from MW to HW. Oscar would have been quit on his stool if he had ever fought the likes of Toney or Hopkins. Oh wait! Any real boxing fan knows that Oscar did quit against Hopkins. What did Jones do against Hopkins? Go learn something about boxing & stop making excuses & hating on people.

Both had great careers. I respect Oscars career more because he always took the bigger risks. There is no question who fought the better fighters. But no fighter has the right to tell another fighter when to hang up the gloves.Comment

if he's such a joke then why do you wanna see him fight cloud and if you say its cause cloud is good then you shouldnt want a fighter you like to fight a "joke" would you?Comment

ya thats because the highest weight that oscar ever faught at was MW he's WAY smaller than roy you saying this is like saying roy could never have won titles at super featherweight to light middle come on man you cant compare these two guys accomplishments like that they are way too far apart in weightOscar could have never won titles all the way from MW to HW.

At least Oscar knew when to hang em up after the
fiasco that was the Manny Pacquiao fight. what an
embarrassing way to go out. The ass whupping
was equivalent to what Joe Calzaghe did to Roy
Jones Jr. After Joe C, Roy should have hung em
up because he got beat up for 11 rounds and
literally had nothing left. Sure Roy looked good
against Lacy but against another elite fighter
Roy gets beat down again. I think even if Roy
fights that guy Cloud he would get KO'd. IF
Roy keeps going he is going to get hurt bad
(God Forbid).Comment
