People would massacre Tank for fighting GRJ even though its be a great fight for both. For some reason no matter who Tank fights and beats he's cherry picking. I commented on another post earlier because some posters on here are complaining because he is fighting Barrios who is a naturally bigger guy. I dont get certain people and their views. I'm actually excited to see this and would love to see him and GRJ rock out.

Tank has never fought the best available guy in his weight class. He is definitely cherry picking.

When Lomachenko was at 130lbs, Tank didn't want to hear none of it. Floyd even threatened to make him fight Lomachenko when he was getting put of line and Tank quickly reigned himself in.

At 135lbs he still hasn't fought a top 10 opponent and he goes up to 140lbs and still isn't fighting the top guy in the division.

I don't even understand how this event is headlining a ppv is Haymon and Floyd out of their minds?

nobody would “massacre” Davis for fighting GRJ, who gave Loma all he could handle. Would b by far the best opponent Davis has faced and would actually b risking that 0 FloydHaymon are obviously set on protecting. The best and biggest challenges are at 135....which Davis is determined to avoid and will continue to have mismatch after mismatch against overmatched Hispanic fighters. Will never make the p4p list until he grows a pair and steps up the top fighters in ANY of the 3 weight classes he cherry-picking in!

Davis is a bit unpredictable how he moves the pieces of his game. He goes from 130 to 135 and then at 135 he moves down to fight LSC for the 130 pound title and then in his next fight he moves to 140 to fight for that title. I would think he would go from the typical 130 to 135 to 140 instead of up and down and then way up. I'm just wondering why he didn't secure a top fight at 135. Wonder if he has thyroid weight issues since he is up and down between divisions.
