So people on here complained when Tank fought Leo and Gamboa because they were too small. Now they are complaining he is cherry picking because he is fighting the naturally bigger Barrios. It's ok to not like a fighter for whatever reason but the excuses on why you don't like him is ridiculous. Like him or not Barrios is a tough fight to get your feet wet when moving up in weight.

Unless u r hardcore fan...u probably never heard of Barrios til Davis/PBC cherry-picked him for his Bogus wba “regular” title. So what have u seen from Barrios, assuming u have seen him fight, thats makes this a “tougher” fight for Davis??? His power against cans? 9 nobodies went the distance with him. His size - he doesn’t fight “tall”...his speed, his pedigree? His non-existent defense? Barrios is b-level...Davis has all the advantages...this will end within 5 rds another Davis ko to pad that lame resume. And most people complained about the Gamboa/Lsc mismatches bc they were both past their primes and light-punchers..Lsc,Gamboa, and now Barrios - see a cherry-pickn pattern here? Or r u calling these tough risky fights against top prime fighters.

The the little man is talented no doubt but let's not pretend this is more than what it really is,barrios is cannon fodder at 140. All the legitimate 140lbrs was the the floor with tank.
I agree. He certainly didn't look good at 135 against Yuriorkis Gamboa even after Gamboa tore his Achilles Heel. Hopefully, he wins this title and move back down to 130 where he belongs because he is too small and he neither has the size or the power to compete with the big boys at the Junior welterweight division.

If he goes so far, he should fight Broner at 140.

Because Barrios should have lost against Batyr and his defense is letting his opponent batter him.

will b effective at 140 against b-level cans like Barrios...wont dare fight Taylor, Ramirez, Lopez at 135 or 140. Protect that 0 at all cost!

In my book Davis is not even top 5 lightweight. If he beats unbeaten top 10 guy at 140, that means 140 guys suck lol.

u cant b serious Bro...have u seen Barrios fight?? Pbc/Floyd know exactly what they are doing. Barrios has no speed, defense, or one punch power...Davis will walk right through him and will easily ko him. What have u seen in Barrios that would make u think this is a “RISKY” fight for Davis? Barrios “looks like a ww, undefeated and young”...is that it??
