That’s why I think this case is only about putting himself in a legal position to get Step-aside fee.

if not, then it is what it is. If Fury has to get rid of Wilder in next few months and fight Joshua later in the year, then so be it. There’s nothing we can do about that anyway

If AJ v Fury cant happen next, At least we will get Fury v Wilder 3 and AJ v Usyk in the meantime.

And even then I’m not confident the fight happens because Joshua still has to face Usyk, which is no forgone conclusion. I think Joshua’s style is much better for Usyk than Chisora’s pressure style.

I blame Arum. Since last year he was saying this case won’t be a problem and suddenly it is. Hearn has always said Fury and MTK are all in on the AJ fight. Arum has always been the one giving mixed signals.
From what I remember, Wilder came out like a month after the fight and activated his rematch clause.

There is no injunction just an order to honour the rematch clause should he be fit to do so. Nothing to stop him fighting Joshua in August and then Wilder in September. And the penalty would be a fine. The law seeks to redress damage. The damage would be loss of earnings so the penalty would be a fine. That’s how it works. It’s contract law not criminal. And how exactly do you guarantee a Wilder win. Based on what? The utter incompetence of fighting on the back foot whilst Fury battered him the last time. Or perhaps the two lucky punches he landed when loosing every other round in the first fight. Seriously. Suggest you stop replying to this thread as you’re just making yourself look more ******.
Who are you? You are an obvious Alt. Listen asshole! There's a bevy a video and photographic evidence proving that Fury cheated in both fights. You can see it with your own damn two eyes. In their first bout his hands were not pulled all they way inside his gloves so he could punch Wilder with his bare knuckle fists through the non padded wrist area of the glove. In addition, there is also evidence of Ricky Hatton pulling down his gloves in the corner bnefore each round. Those were grounds fro a disqualification. Secondly in their rematch in Las Vegas; A fool could see in several photographic stills of Fury's gloves having padding removed from them as he was punching Wilder with his bare knuckle fists.

This shit has to end or else Tyson Fury is going to fatally injure someone in that ring. Team Wilder should schedule a meeting with the NSAC to discuss all of these matters with them. They have enough eyewitness, photographic and video evidence to prove that they failed him in their last fight; From the punch to the back of the head to the trip that caused the second knockdown. The fact is the state of Nevada failed Deontay Wilder that night by doing him foul and dirty. So it is my one only hope, faith and prayer that they get it together and do right this time by ensuring an even playing field.

If Fury really wants to fight Joshua, he can absolutely do so, it just won't be for that WBC strap. Stop complaining Fury, get in the gym and get ready for the re-invented Wilder.

Agreed, if the first knockdown didn't land where it did and **** his equilibrium he would have been very hard to put away, fury would have won on the cards if there was no funny stuff but I'm not sure he gets hit with that shot in the trilogy, my money's on fury again as he won both fights in my opinion and everyone else's who isn't to invested in one fighter and can score correctly with no bias but to say this is a foregone conclusion would be wrong

Uh Oh! Tyson Fury fans appear to be shaken and spooked. Why are you guys soon keen on Wilder receiving step-aside money? Is it because you fear that Tyson Fury would lose? I certainly think so. Did Deontay Wilder exercise the rematch clause days after the second fight; Yes? Also, did the arbitrator award Deontay Wilder any monetary damages; No? He ordered a third fight while subsequently cancelling the Joshua/Fury fight which wasn't going to happen anyway. In the mean time, the arbitrator has also placed a permanent injunction on Tyson Fury's future fights until he fights Deontay Wilder by September 15. So please tell Tyson Fury fans to tell Team Fury don't bother to bring their checkbook because it's not money that Deontay Wilder wants. He wants Tyson Fury's ass and his WBC heavyweight title back

There would be nowhere for him to escape this time or he would run the risk of getting busted and disqualified.
Fury beat wilder in every aspect of the game out boxed out punched out fought out smarted out lasted out muscled. there is not one part of boxing where Fury did not totally dominate. a savage sustained beating to the body and the head. I can’t be mad. It makes sense. Wilder had a rematch clause. He exercised it. Fury said fu#k you to Wilder, Wilder took it to court and rightfully won. At the end of the day, you need to respect the fact that Wilder had a rematch clause. Wilder deserves his rematch, no matter what he’s said or done since.
