I want to like Andrade but c'mon man, You ain't fought nobody. This "Nobody wants to fight me" stuff is getting old bro. You gotta spend money to make money. If you feel so confident about your skills take a small check to fight hmmm, I don't know, the Charlos, Lara, Golovkin, J-Rock, Hurd or fight Benavidez- he needs a dance partner. Make some noise by beating a top-level opponent man! C'mon man! Andrade brings nothing to the table but a belt from 160 that Canelo doesn't want.

Prizefighters are after money, it's understandable. If you're going to get hit in the head for a living, may as well get paid enough to enjoy life and pay for all the brain issues you're going to have due to boxing for a living as you get older.

But Andrade is simply just after money, to the point that he doesn't feel like he should take a smaller check to fight the best available.

He feels like the legends of his time, Mayweather, Pacquiao, Hopkins, Marquez, etc. never took considerable lower % of the pie to make fights happen. It appears his issue is pricing himself out (Lara) and pulling out of fights because he thinks he can get more money (Charlo).

It has all come down to money for him. And yes, as I said, prizefighters want the prize. Problem is the HOF'ers before him, at one point had to fight top guys for 'peanuts' and as the B-side.

He's not doing that. He wants to be awarded with a big payday forcefully, without earning it.

-bjs pulled out the title fight was stripped, andrade offered him the chance to win it back and he refused. He also refused a 168 fight

-munguia ducked andrade, he moved up and was automatically #1 challenger for his wbo but didn't want it

-ggg is too busy fighting kamil the polish bus driver and banned andrade from entering the ring when he should have lost to dervyechenko

-eubank jr is a good fight but noone will give him credit for that win

murata may be the only one with any balls to fight

Charlo was scheduled to fight Andrade contract signed and all and he back out…. Then Andrade was Charlos mando and walked away from that. Then he was Lara’s Mando and walked away from that saying” I’ll fight Lara as a last resort”. So if I’m the Charlo’s why would I want to fight a loudmouth headache who walks away from fights.

BJS saw green elsewhere… yeah it was low to get popped and not fight him but that BJS

Munguia is a non starter Oscar would never let them fight.

GGG has said I’ll only fight Canelo. So no Charlo or anyone else.

Eubanks Jr is talk and worse than Andrade. He’s just a guy with a famous day ala JCC Jr.

Murata is good but they should of fought long ago and he loses to guys he shouldn’t lose too and for that reason Bob might not risk him.



in short Andrade has backed himself into a corner and can’t get out. He’s wasted his time with bad promoters and managers and is not on the outside looking in and has no one to blame but himself.. talented fighter but an idiot.

For the people interested in the WWE side of boxing, this was probably staged to see if they could actually get anyone interested in the fight. Cause literally no one cares about Andrade. He’s arguably the least entertaining champion in the sport. Despite standing 6’1 and spending the bulk of his career at junior middle he only has 18 KOs to his name and is essentially a 33 year old prospect from the lack of names on his record. It has the potential to be a good fight (points wise) just cause of Andrades painfully boring style, but he ain’t been tested and no one wants to watch someone run away all fight. They wanna see Canelo go to war because that’s what he’s good at. I’d pay 10x as much to watch the fireworks I’d see between him and Charlo than I would to watch him fight Andrade.

Andrade should have left DAZN and Eddie Hearn for ESPN or PBC. Anything. Those other platforms will at least hype him up, give him his time. Eddie Hearn is a diarrhea of a promoter and he's stuck on the third page of DAZN.
