    Tbf the heavyweight division has actually done well. AJ by fighting Fury will have fought all the top heavies of the last decade. Fury fought Wilder and Whyte has fought the top contenders/former challengers. Thats more than what the welters and middles have done.
    Mma doesn't have the best fighting the best, because 99% of mma fighters are glorified pub brawlers(just like pub brawlers are fun to watch sometimes) but mma has very very few real talent,its a free for all of unskilled bums playing rockem sockem robot with 4 oz gloves. Plus most ufc fighters are chosen because of marketing potential like wcw wrestlers
