Will Fury get a payout from the arbitration?

Fury was ready to fight Wilder by May 2020, Wilder wasn't, the promoters wernt and neither were the networks, but Fury was. Any combination of ppl can be to blame for the fight not happening but Fury was ready. Fury was begging and demanding to have that 3rd fight by December only to be told no.

If anybody is the victim in this Fury Wilder 3 mess its Fury. He hasn't earnt a penny from fighting since the last Wilder fight. It was Wilders side that wrote in the deadline date and it was Wilder who wasn't ready in the time frame due to surgery for his dented skull or what ever it was.

Only person ready to fulfill the contracted rematch within the contracted time was Fury. If anybody should be seeing money it's Fury.

More like Fury will have to give Wilder a payout. Maybe a cut of the purse from the Joshua fight.

Since he signed a rematch clause but isn't fighting Wilder next.

Well that does seem to be the word on the street, it's all about what Wilder is guna get. Some **** were still holding out that Fury was going to be forced in to a 3rd fight meaning no undisputed but we all knew that was BS.

But I don't see why Wilder deserves money and Fury doesn't, they both lost out but the only one willing to fight again in 2020, in the time frame of the contracted rematch was Fury, not Wilder and so surely Fury needs to be compensated just as much, if not more than Wilder.

The pandemic hit and everything got shut down.

At the end of the day, though, their contract still stipulates that Wilder and Fury had to fight each other next. But Tyson Fury is looking to fight someone else instead, hence why Wilder deserves compensation. And why Fury doesn't.

In the time frame of the rematch clause Fury was willing to fight Wilder, Wilder was not willing to fight Fury. And it was a time frame that was set by Wilders side. The majority of the sports top fighters have managed to fight during the pandemic.

With everything that happened how is it all on Fury? Fury was the only one pushing to fulfill the contract when the contract was demanding to be fulfilled? I've never read anything that claims Fury signed any extension.

If anything any money coming to Wilder should come from the ppl that wanted that fight delayed and that does not include Fury. Fury lost massive revenue and PPV money just like Wilder did. Only difference was Wilder was complicit in delaying beyond the contract end, Fury wasn't.

            You're an idiot.

Literally sitting here arguing with Furys own lawyers on a contract he signed.

The contract he signed ended 6 months after Febuary 2020. And within those 6 months he was fit and ready to fight.

Last I read a decision could come tomorrow at the earliest.
I don’t expect a huge payout for Wilder. He would have to show a meaningful effort to honor to make the rematch. From most reports I’ve read Wilder’s team basically ghosted Fury’s side when they tried to make the fight last fall.
