Jesus.

Feom what I vaguely remember, Charlo was getting pieced apart by Harrison, a basic fighter, a slapper, and has a weak chin, as does just about everyone in that weight class, all lose to rando’s by ko, Charlo is not doing anything special. Look at that Lubin guy, paper. Crawford will hit Harder than Harrison and he’s better than Harrison and as an elite fighter will likely be able to absorb more punishment that Harrison. In other words, yes, Crawford can easily beat Charlo.
If you think Crawford can not fight off the back foot then you are a complete DICAF.

Crawford STOPS Jermell Charlo. I say...Round 8 at the most. Notice I didn't say knockout, I said stop.

It basically goes the same way as Crawford/Benavidez.

I said it before; Crawford beats almost everyone that's at 154. Lara is the only exception I can see right now.

      BUT...your point is flawed.

If Crawford fights Charlo, it means that Crawford ducked Spence. Because Charlo is PBC. Which means Crawford accepted B-Side to fight Charlo but not Spence. That's a duck of Spence.
Nope, just means PBC isn't making the mistake of putting Spence in a beatdown situation like Wilder. If you look at their roster of 150 fighters or whatever Haymon has, Spence has to be his biggest undefeated draw. 154 is loaded and not that marketable so Jermell is expendable if Haymon is willing to make it. Plus it's an uphill fight for Crawford vs. him rolling downhill on Spence and beating him up. The booze and dancing with his men are going to catch up to Spence in a Crawford. James, Haymon, Shaw, and all of PBC know it.

Crawford has never even faced the Thurmans, Porters or the Garcias type fighters at WW. He gets in with Charlo he gets murked late in the fight. Bud is not a spring chicken and his prime should be ad the end or ended.

I don’t think Crawford is big enough. He’s not even big at 147. Charlo is a boiled down middleweight.

Crawford is better, he would have to fight a perfect fight for 12 rounds but I think it’d be a case of showing why weight classes exist.

I just don't see how Crawford would be able to beat Charlo. Charlo would just walk him down his physically just too big and strong for Crawford
Remember, Crawford was hurt by, but ultimately stopped, a larger ghost of Kell Brook.

Am I saying that Brook was anywhere near what Charlo is? No. I'm saying that I don't see Charlo being able to adjust to what's in front of him and he'd get caught.

As we've seen, Crawford tends to have trigger refs stop fights quickly. If Charlo gets caught like Brook, I see the ref stopping it prematurely again. Just like Horn, just like Brook, just like Khan and just like Benavidez.

It's funny how you've convinced yourself of something so silly.

              Crawford refuses B-Side against Spence.

              You flip that around somehow.

              Amazing.

Crawford is hiding behind Top Rank/ESPN. He can't fight the top welters, let alone the top junior middleweights or middleweights.

Really....? Before we start the conversation on how Crawford would do at 154 how about he fights someone with a pulse at 147 and see how he looks. The way he is running from Porter doesn't show much self confidence. His resume stinks, I don't care about the "eye ball test" sure he looks good against one legged fighters and washed up Euro trash (Khan and Brook) but how about a real test at 147......strange how they have no problem making fights against bums but can't put together a fight with a legit threat. It should not be lost on anyone he has been running from Porter for over 6 months........

I think Crawford has a chance against the guy who lost to crappy Tony Harrison.
