Floyd & its not even close, second would be prime Roy, followed by Pernell.

I heard a cool story about winky Wright. He didn't do drugs, smoke or drink. And whenever somebody did so he would walk away. Now that's incredible for his longevity. Very respected champ.

It is a difference between Slippery and Slick:

Slippery (Stays in the pocket and Roll and "SLIP" Punches while looking to counter with Big Shots:

            b2923d1c82d52400fe2de2395da706ed.gif
Slick (Slickers used their FEET more a lot more and changes angles on a dime making the opponent look so awkward and wild)

Then every now and then you get guys gifted like Mayweather who can mix it all together and be Slippery and Slick making him extremely hard to consistently land big shots on

I disagree. He has paid a helluva cost for that slipperiness. Have you by any chance heard him speak recently? The problem with Toney's slipperiness was that he used to bend at the waist a lot while leaving the back of his neck exposed as opponents would rabbit punch him to the back of the head in that stance. It's probably one of the reasons why he sounds so punchy to this day. They were not clean or flush punches but nonetheless he still absorbed them.
