Europe has so many hype jobs. Inkin who was undefeated gets blitzed by Balzsay. Balszay who was undefeated gets blitzed by Stieglitz. Who are these people and how many cupcakes are fed to them to get them to this point?

You can make the same statement about fighters in the US.

Taylor who was undefeated gets blitzed by Pavlik. Pavlik who was undefeated gets blitzed by Hopkins. Who are these people and how many cupcakes are fed to them to get them to this point?

Umm yeah...Except Hopkins is a living legend and Taylor and Pavlik are world class fighters who fought solid opposition on their way to their titles. Inkin, Balzay and that other guy are average, average fighters who had a pretty cushy ride to the world title level (if you can call it that)

Seems like a bunch of excuses to me. Balzsay was untested and it showed against the durable Stieglitz.

Honestly it has nothing to do with European hypejobs or whatever you want to call it. The jokes are on WBO and that's it.

It's not because they are European, they make the list. I as a European thinks nothing of Inkin, Balzsay or Bute for that matter. Hell not even Froch would make my list.

I think it's very disrespectful to talk about them as European hypejobs. They are hypejobs period!

Balszay lost to a better fighter and he definetely had the wrong gameplan. He did a poor mans version of Jermain Taylor - leading comfortably on points before gassing and being KO'ed. Difference to Taylor is that he didn't last 12 rounds.

Stieglitz was doing very well until he was given that nasty cut from a deliberate headbutt from Andrade.

Hopefully there is a unification fight down the road with the IBF champ, setting up a possible unification fight with the Super Six winner. It'd be nice to have an undisputed champion at 168.
