canelo is ten times the man that pillow fisted coward is and he would absolutely wreck the thug if if they were both in their primes no doubt about it. Mayweather skills are vastly overrated...he was just a coward who never took risks or didn’t give a damn about the fans. People actually paid to watch him lose while people pay to watch Canelo win...it’s quite sad if you really think about it lol
Carnelo Fans Need To Calm TF down

Now you know how it felt when you flom0s had y'alls vag..inas gushing after Gayweather UD the likes of Guererro. It’s hard to fault Canelo fans for this. Literally every above average win causes some fans of a top fighter, usually the very worst ones, to elevate that boxer above Floyd.
Manny, Loma, canelo, fury, Crawford , AJ, etc etc all have fans that have done it.
I think it would be best if this type of stuff ceased.Comment

Canelo cherry picks for sure look at BJS didn't look so great in his last few fights.
Same for Callum Smith who had close fight with Ryder
Kovalev was shot, but obviously a bigger opponent so posed some danger
He only fought GGG after Jacobs gave him competitive fightComment

Canelo haters need to STFU.
He's the best in the game at the moment, a recognition that he has earned by putting in more work than anybody else. If you can't appreciate his discipline and his dedication to mastering his craft then there's something wrong with YOU, not with him.
And the more he wins the better Floyd's resume looks. I know that's a lose-lose situation for a certain type of fan on here. But it is what it is.Comment

I choose not to support fighters like Floyd and Canelo because of CHARACTER. Simple as that. I recognize their great boxing skills and will always keep it 100 when it comes to analyzing their boxing matches, but you cannot tell me I am not allowed to have an opinion on people who fail drug tests, make the most childish excuses in the world, talk down to fighters like Demetrius Andrade like they're scum, refuse to admit he that any of his close decisions were close fights, refuse to give them rematches, think you're above the sport of boxing by vacating a belt and saying that I fight opponents on MY terms and not anybody else's. These are not honorable characteristics of a man, that's my opinion, and you can't tell me I'm not allowed to have that opinion which is grounded in fact and truth.Canelo haters need to STFU.

Instead I support fighters with honor and integrity like Bud, Andre Ward, Andrade.Last edited by TernceBudCharlo; 05-12-2021, 01:00 PM.Comment

He dominated Saunders tbf. He barely got out of second gear until round 8 and we all saw what happened when he upped the level.Comment

I know how good he is and I gave him credit for dominating Saunders. That doesn't mean I have to like him, I think I have perfectly legitimate reasons for not liking him. I will never downplay a fighter's true skills just because I am not a fan.Comment

I remember going to watch him vs GGG in the first fight in 2017 and I’ve been to see him live a couple more times since and the improvements and adjustments he’s made are very impressive. He’s so patient now, his ring IQ is so high and his shot selection and repertoire of punches are truly elite. Love him or hate him, great fighter. I actually love watching him now.
