Minto-Holmes Overturned!!

I just got word that the PA commission overturned Minto-Holmes, and made it a NC.

Good job by these commissions in righting these hometown rulings.

I saw the fight. Minto clearly won the early rounds based on workrate, but Donnell started landing some decent stuff in the 4th, and it was starting to get interesting. Cant really tell though after only 4 rounds how it would have played out. At the time of the stoppage, I had it 3-1 Minto, with MAYBE an argument for a draw...................

You can't mandate a rematch for a non title fight.
