I just got word that the PA commission overturned Minto-Holmes, and made it a NC.

Good job by these commissions in righting these hometown rulings.

thank God the commissions are starting to treat boxing seriously nowadays.

Rick Lazes would like to thank Greg Sirb, and the entire Pennsylvania Boxing Commission for reversing the decision in the Holmes vs. Minto bout. After reviewing the video tape, the Commission voted unanimously to rule the decision a No Contest. Lazes said “This decision is a testimony to the fairness of the Pennsylvania Boxing Commission, and sets a world class standard for fair play in the sport of boxing. Donnell Holmes will fight any top ten heavyweight and particularly calls out Sam Peter and the winner of the Valuev vs. Haye bout. Holmes said “I’ve been vindicated and am still the most winning undefeated heavyweight. I’ll fight anyone in the top five including either of the Klitchko brothers..”
