  • How about Canelo setting a condition to Charlo and Andrade?

They (Charlo/Andrade) fight and Alvarez fights the winner.
Forget the ****** Montiel fight, Andrade is available and is willing to fight on PBC.

Plant is presumably Canelo's next fight, which will probably take place late this year.
So then make the Andrade vs Charlo fight at least one week apart from the Plant fight.

Andrade/Charlo winner vs Saul Alvarez takes place next year Cinco de Mayo.

I just think these guys aren’t willing to take a risky fight. They want the Canelo payday handed to them and that’s clearly not happening.
Canelo’s not fighting at 160 anytime soon if ever again so then fighting at 168 to earn a shot makes sense but I don’t see either guy taking that risk.

Well, Canelo has to deal with the Andrade dilemma whether he likes it or not.
If Doo Doo beats Charlo, it would be easier for Saul to set his mind to go for the fight than the current situation.
Would be a big bonus for him if Charlo wins because that's the fight he wants.
But why give Charlo who has fought low-level opponents the majority of his fights an easier path?

We're not even sure which platform the Alvarez vs Plant takes place.
Is it on Fox/Showtime/PBC or DAZN? It's totally up to Alvarez, not DAZN.

So how about Plant vs Alvarez on PPV on Showtime/PBC and
        Charlo vs Andrade on Fox/PBC?

Hoping that Canelo management team reads this thread.

This would have been the obvious path to a Canelo fight at 154, 160 and now 168. Neither of them ever call the other out. If these two are such great fighters and PPV draws, why not fight one another? Besides, Charlo thinks he is worth more than $12M to fight Canelo, so I'm not sure he really wants it after all.

Did BJS and Yildirim have to run the gauntlet to fight Canelo? How about Canelo stops being a ***** and fights both? Since he's supposedly the greatest fighter ever now, those guys should be no problem for someone of Canelo's level.

Well if Charlo hadn't ducked Canelo hed have fought him(even his brother said he did). If Charlo was actually serious as you claim,he could've forced himself in Yildirims place at smw as WBC champion at 160 gives him that right.(remember Canelos no longer franchise champ, because hes staying at smw(franchise was only a designation allowed because he was fighting champs back to back in multiple weights)

                So now we have this:

Hearn: Making Canelo-Plant Not Complicated; DAZN, FOX Will Make Huge Offers

If I were Canelo I'll take the Caleb Plant to whichever network/platform that could deliver this one condition:

Make the Andrade vs Charlo fight and I signed a pledge to fight the winner.

Even better if it is added as main undercard to the Canelo-Plant fight.

That's just how it is with these current crop of motherfkrs.
They all want the easy route to the winning lottery number without even buying a ticket.
Canelo is just one fighter and all these motherfkrs want a piece of him.
Charlo, Andrade, Plant, Benavidez, GGG, they're not fighting one another.
They'd rather wait for their turn and fight scrubs meanwhile.

Canelo's condition should be..."Do something at 168 then we can talk"

Not a fan of two 160 pounders duking it out for a Mega 168 fight. I'd rather see Canelo fight other top Super Middleweights like Benavidez, Plant or even Zurdo before looking down a weight class.

                    Move up and do something.
