Just rewatched this fight and doesn't matter who had who winning.
2 warriors giving it all for our entertainment.
Pitty their hasn't been a fighter since GGG to want to go back and forth with Nelo.
On a side note Canelos body transformation since this fight is drastic.

Definitely a great fight I think both sides tend to bash on each other but you can’t deny Ggg is also top notch but that was the fight where a lot of people realized how strong, durable and skilled canelo was to be able to walk ggg down.

as canelo settles into these higher division his body began to fill out the way it should(weight lifters should know this). I recall at 154 he would look real dry and faint too skinny imo and 160 he started looking better but 168 is his ideal weight for a naturally think solid guy like him.

Most definitely top notch.
G must of been feeling them shots early on and for him to change the momentum and win them rounds takes more than just skill.
plus Canelo coming in and giving G what he wanted a straight out battle both of these guys deserve huge props.
In time this fight will go down as an ATG fight.
Personally when I watched it I had it a draw and after countless times watching I still do.

canelo was the bigger man and realized it, also the roids helped that process of course yet people want to pretend ggg was picking on a smaller guy becasue canelo was completely draining himself to avoid the fight in the first place lol. canelo also came down from 164 to 160 for the first fight and yet once again people still pretend canelo was smaller. he wasnt and isnt...oh but he used to fight at 147 when he was 19 years old ahh that proves it

If Canelo keeps dominating opponents like this it will be a good fight for GGG that many people think he won. Even if he didn't get the scorecards, I thought he rallied ferociously down the stretch and he took the last 4 rounds on my scorecards when he really started finding a home for that uppercut in addition to the solid jabs, which he was catching Canelo with HARD as he came forward. Nobody has been able to go toe to toe with Canelo since. We'll see if Andrade, Charlo, Beterbiev, Bivol can do it but those are the only ones that I think have a shot.
