Benavidez Vs. Plant should have already happened at least a year ago & we wouldn't even be talkng about the feather fisted Plant right now.

But it's cool, Alvarez deserves a soft touch just like the PBC roster gets.

Plant was too scared to fight Benavidez. I imagine him being TERRIFIED to fight Canelo at this moment. Will he stick to the PBC beta male "other side of the street" cop out or will he cash in his retirement chips with Canelo? Tough decision for Plant here. I cannot see him being respected as a man and as a boxer if he doesnt take the sept fight now that he has ample time to train. Will he ask the IBF to force a mandatory in order to save face and time to accumulate another payday before his retirement with Canelo? Given his cowardly avoidance of Benadivez who is in his own promotion ffs one can only question his willingness to fight Canelo after his performance against BJS. I think Benavidez is the only live dog for Canelo in this division as it stands.

Only reason the benavidez fight didn't happen was because fat boy couldn't stop doing Coke and lost his title. Why would plant be scared of a fat mexican let alone a little mexican lol

There will be pressure on Eddie and DAZN to overpay for this fight. What exactly does DAZN have to offer without Canelo? They're also going to lose Golden Boy. No Ryan, no Vergil, no Canelo. 20$ is steep price for Haney and Andrade.

If they don't put up a fight, it signals that they're giving up on the US market.
