Although I I agree, I like Parker a gentleman of the sport but he won the vacant title from Ruiz whose only claim to fame was hammering Joshua and he's not done much since .Yes he can hang with the Chisora's and other brave but limited guys but that's where he's at. He won't win the title when the likes of Fury, Wilder and Joshua are around.
