The simple reason I'll never like or be overly impressed with canelo is we all know he's the most blatent PED cheat in boxing.

It's that simple with me, the guys accomplishments aren't real.

Nothing to do with him as a person, he seems like a decent guy, I like the Mexican people but he's on a Jarell Miller level of PED's and without them I actually think he'd be a pretty pedestrian fighter with half the power half the stamina and he'd probably be having weight issues also.

We all know this but the difference is canelo fanboys just choose to ignore reality and pretend he's not on PED ****tails and I choose not to delude myself.

Boxing needed a superstar between 154 and 175 to make sport more popular. they found it in Canelo.he is also Mexican, which is good for sport and promotors. He has been carefully managed to chose the right fights at the right time.

Canelo is a product. he will lose to the next guy when he starts do decline.

Now the GGG fight is stale, and its a shame we didn't get to see what could have finally be a decisive result, with Canelos most important dance partner. Everything since then is inconsequential, because he has just been avoiding a rubber match with the one guy that he went life and death with
Check out what GGG has been doing since

And he's not even done, still learning and getting better and adding to the toolbox.

If you can't appreciate what you're seeing unfold in front of your eyes then why are you even a fan of this sport?

I don`t give Canelo much credit for his 168 run. guys there are bad and are no competition for him.

His career defining moments are still Mayweather loss, Lara controversy, 2 GGG controversy fights.

Some of the **** people were coming out with for the build up of this fight was hilarious. The best was that Canelo doesn't have a win as good as BJS's win over Lemieux and that Crawford's resume is equal to or better than Canelo's because of Indongo, Postol and Horn.

In the build up there seemed to be a consensus that Canelo doesn't have enough power to hurt or stop his best opponents and that it's very unlikely he'd stop BJS. Someone got clowned for saying BJS might win a couple of rounds but will eventually get KO'd like Khan because Canelo doesn't have the power to KO his best opponents and that BJS has a granite chin and no quit. Now that Canelo made him quit with an uppercut that was timed for BJS to literally dip his head into then he must be on the best PED's money can buy. Someone mentioned that BJS might also be on PED's to which a hater replied, 'not the same PED's Canelo's on, he has access to the best PED's in the sport and he's the only one that has access to them.'

It's been entertaining and it continues.
