It’s an easier fight for him, but it’s also to unify the titles at 168 so you absolutely do it to make history. Plant, then GGG, then he’ll find whoever the next best at 168 is then might look at the best couple guys at 175.

Unless you can back Canelo up, he is going to get through, work the body and hurt you. Make you tentative and just trying to go 12. Maybe GGG could still hold him off with the jab but honestly I don't think anyone else has a chance at 168 or below. Maybe Charlo but unless he lands a lucky shot, Canelo is too classy for him in there

I agree. Plant doesn't have the power to make Canelo respect him. He's also not good enough defensively to give Canelo any problems finding him. He'll walk thorough Plant. It's going to take someone with both speed and power to challenge Canelo at least at 168.
