I didn't see the fight but the round to round update blog had Canelo wining all but one round (maybe two) - but stated at the end of the eight that BJ eye was swollen ( a little) by the end of the one minute rest it was then swollen shut. I suspect only a broken bone would swell that quickly. The soft tissue beatings fighters usually take swell slowly and look its worst a couple hours after the fight. This does sound broken.
