That Jacobs fight was really close. I don’t think Jacobs won. I had Canelo by 1 round I think. I watched it again a few days ago and it was much closer than people remember.

Sky commentary team had it scored a draw. I could see that if you score one of two competitive rounds to Jacobs instead.

I did feel Canelo shaded it by picking up enough early rounds for Jacobs to really turn it around but he almost did. Two judges had it 7-5.

Yup and that fight wasn’t long ago. How much better is Canelo now? I rate Billy Joe higher than Jacobs and he’s a southpaw. I really don’t understand why people are so confident in Canelo

OK, definite L to Floyd but I saw the GGG fights different from most. I thought the first fight was RAZOR thin, either a draw or a GGG win by an asshair. Contrarily, I scored the 2nd fight 116-112 to GGG and thought that was a much more clear win for him behind the jab.

Also, Trout and Jacobs fights were very competitive, but clear Canelo wins. Did not score the Lara fight live, but it was close, felt like it could have gone either way.

What has Canelo done since that fight really?

He was arguably down on the cards against Kovalev before he stopped him. Kovalev had been stopped twice in his previous four fights before that and then nearly got stopped by Yarde.

Then he fought Callum Smith, A big stiff lummox fighting straight lines, tailor made.

then Yildirim, I guy stopped in 3 rounds by Eubank.

canelo is very good, but I look at reality, not a media machine

I thought he lost the 2nd GGG fight.

The rest I thought he won.

                0-58 sounds about right.

I felt he lost first Ggg fight 7 to 5 but it was close enough to make a draw.
Lara should have been a draw that is definitely one of the hardest fights I’ve ever had to score.
I thought he won the Trout fight by a point with the knockdown.

What would Canelo’s record be if the judges agreed with your personal scorecard?

I personally would have him at 54-3-1. I believe he should have two losses to GGG and one to Mayweather.
