just going from memory, (which isnt great admitidley) Naz was supposed to fight the winner of Barera Morales I. Morales got the nod but most thought Barera won it. Naz fought Barera. I dont't know if Eric was offered the fight or Naz just chose Barera though

I still dont understand why people get sensitive when a fighter is "praising God or Allah"....Doesnt disturb anyone whether you're a believer or not and whatever is said isnt going to convert you in those 1 or 2 minutes.

I pay for HBO/Showtime or a PPV to watch Boxing like I said if he wanted to go the Holyfield route and wear that stuff and talk about it in the post fight interview that's fine. I didn't even have a problem with the music he came out too where the prayers were said but Hamed was given the microphone before the fight to address the crowd and the TV audience about his god. HBO had to know it was ****** of them to allow it because they cut all that **** out of the replays.

And it's nothing against ******s, I don't care for any religions.

I thought he was going to say he retired because he got his ass whooped and humiliated by Barrera. That is probably the real reason.

Espinosa lost a decision to Cesar Soto who then fought Hamed.Espinosa also got stopped by Auggie Sanchez
