No, Kelly Pavlik is one dimentional. Carl creates angles for himself, and throws a lot of punches. He is capable of technical boxing using his jab to get on the inside of his opponents, or he can go to war with you. I'm not saying he is is a skilled technician, but he is certainly more than a brave slugger some people would have you believe.

And how is he the worst super middle weight champ? Kessler has hardly proved himself against top level fighters, while Bute has a few good names on his record but none of his wins have come over genuine world class opponents. In Froch's last two fight he has beaten a former middleweight champion, and a current light heavyweight champion. He hardly has a weak resume does he?

At the end of the day, he may be outboxed by a 'slickster', just like people said Pascal, and Taylor would do. But it won't be Dirrell. His chin is questionable, his heart isn't proven, and he won't have enough power to test Froch's iron chin. He has never been in with a guy close to Froch's level, and that inexperience will cost him this fight. This tournament came far to early for him.

I'm expecting and hoping this. Wear him down and slow him down hopefully.

Same here. I hate Carl Froch but i'd like to see Dirrell beaten just to stop all the hype.

I cannot believe the fans on this site actually believe Dirrell is going to lose to Frankenstein. Froch is slow, stiff, and has the boxing pedigree of an novice.

Froch has beaten Jean Pascal(current ligh heavy champ) and Jermain Taylor in his last two fights, both of them are better and more proven than Andre Dirrell. Andre has fought nothing but bums, its a huge step up in competition for him when he meets Froch.

All you fools who got Froch on this fight need your ****** head examined! Just because he beat Taylor don't mean Nothing! Taylor was on his way down way before Pavlik beat him and you would know that if you study the sport!

i do not think it will be a good fight period,i see a clutch and grab from start to finish, both of these fighters have done nothing as of yet and the commision is just over hyping this fight that i see as a snoozer

There is no "exposing" Carl Froch. His limitations are evident and anyone who had seen any of his fights before the Jermain Taylor fight knew this.

But still, you have to give him a lot of credit for what he's achieved.
