well when did jermain taylor ever become a one punch knock out artist!!!!!!!!

he was never really a puncher at 160, with just respectable power and quick hands

moving upto 168 taylors power would of went down slightly and still he managed to hurt froch pretty badly in round 3 so i do feel a young motivated dirrell can cause froch alot of problems

it took 12 rounds for froch to wear down a stamina limited taylor and he did it with 11 seconds to go

i think dirrell has a chin as good as taylor and will be quick and more talented in a boxing sense but this is the big test for him but froch is very very easy to hit and also fighing in his own backyard

but i think dirrell can get to him and stop him because th guy has range speed and alot of variety, i think he pummells froch with body shots and head shots till the ref steps in

Taylor hurt Froch a few times in that fight, while Froch didn't even blink at the shots Pascal was throwing. Taylor is an underrated puncher, and it's hard to land clean against Hopkins, Wright, and Spinks, let alone hurt them. When Taylor fought Pavlik, he almost had him out of there, and Pavlik is considered to have a good chin. And moving up to 168 probably benefited Taylors power. Moving up in weight doesn't automatically mean you lose power, look at Manny Pacquiao, he hits harder than ever at 140.

As i've watched the previous fight of carl froch against jermaine taylor..i conclude that froch won not because of his lucky punch at the end of the round 12 but to the shortcomings and mistakes of taylor.i can predict taylor will win if a rematch will be held againts froch.froch is one dimensional and slow..dirrel will outbox him and will win by u.d...because dirrel learned from taylor's mistakes...

well moving up in weight normally stops people becoming a big hitter

gatti at 135 was huge
de la hoya at super feather and lightweight was huge
guzman was huge at 122
barrea and morales were huge at 118 122 but stepped up in weight power went
mayweather at super feather and lightweight could hit hard

pacman is a one off tbh because he was a huge puncher at featherweight and super feather but now he seems to need to wear down opponents (hatton is chinny now anyway)

dirrell is still unproven but i think he is a boxer with quicker feet than taylor, taylor is very flat footed dirrell has superior footwork and better hand speed in my opinion thats where the key is because when he gives froch movement froch will constantly have to keep setting is feet and i think he will have trouble landing and he will miss alot of shots

i have dirrell winning a SD because its in nottingham and a tko is not out of the question if dirrell punches in combinations

Froch hasn't got the boxing ability of some of these guys...
But they are gonna need good stamina & a solid chin just to stay in there with him.

You can only box for so long, then lactic acid kicks in, later rounds you'd better have a good chin and can run pretty fast or else this fight will be quicker KO than what Taylor got. Taylor ran like a girl for the last few rounds.

There is nothing to expose about froch.. hes one dimensional and the worst super middle champ.. hes just a tough fighter witha good chin and pop.. hes more like a top ten contender that hasnt been beat
