Lol. You sound like a casual. Have you ever hit a gym and done leg lifts? General squats? Run up hills exclusively? If you can’t comprehend these basics of muscle gain in the legs then you’re a noob. Why do you think runners have an akward ratio of build when comparing their lower and upper torso? Their bodies are specifically calibrated for muscle on the legs. Ruiz has been doing lots of leg work at the Reynoso gym and he posted pictures of legs gains. You will see a transformation. Stop discriminating against big people shaping up. Jealous that fat people can do it? What’s your problem? Lol

Still not a good performance from a hand picked faded opponent. I hope Ruiz is better than that as he could make for some decent fights at the weight but even before this lacklustre performance I felt that fighters like Tyson and Wilder would be too much for him and Parker who is decent but looked very beatable in his last two fights beat Ruiz. Whyte or Wilder v Ruiz would be good.

Lol. You’re such a casual. When you shadow box in the ring, do you ever dip/squat? Have a joke for you…”it doesn’t make anyone tired!”

Reynoso’s style of defense, mitt work, are almost always dip exercises. Mike Tyson’s peekaboo relied on dip/core strength. Have you ever seen prime Mike’s legs?

          again these are rhetorical innit

Ruiz didn't fight them, Arreola did. I think you need to go back to the drawing board.

It was thrilling and funny to see you on verge of being KO by Chris Arreola, Andy. Keep bringing us more laughter, fat-boy.

These are Photoshop. Nobody can have legs like those and bloated torso with layers of fat.

If Arreola was in the best condition of his career, considering he spent most of his career not dedicating 1000% 'There is a chance scientifically, that he may well be close to his best condition'.

Even still? I honestly think top elite fighters should be sparking Arreola out or giving him Kiltschko vs Briggs type beat downs 'Arreola was competitive'.

I have sat back and reevaluated Ruiz Junior's performance, it was good 'He fought hard for 12 rounds'.

Ruiz has been playing the numbers game, he thinks if a number appears on the scale 'It will equate to supreme performances'.

It does not work like that, especially when you have not really trained all year round consistently throughout your career 'His body is most likely in shock'.

Remember the condition Derek Chisora was in for Whyte II 'His stamina seemed great, but notice how he appeared physically stronger against Uysk & Parker'.

These fighters who suddenly decide to go into overdrive in training, put their body into shock 'Where as fighters like Anthony Joshua have been living in this training environment for years'.

Note: Tyson Fury has been in overdrive for maybe close to 2 years, 1 year extreme overdrive for him anyway 'He may have broken through the shock phase, and physiological acclimatized at this point'.
