how can you be undisputed when margarito has the wbo title belt not to mention he's the best fighter in the division? whenever you unify more than 1 belt you are deemed "undisputed" by the organizations in the same way they have "interim champs" and "super champs" real undisputed champs have all the belts like hopkins did.

1) the wbo is garbage
2) margo was not recognized as the best fighter in any division

undisputed means you have at least 3 belts. unifed means you have atleast 2 belts. 1 belt means you're a titlist (which margo was).

In professional boxing, the undisputed champion of a weight class is a boxer who is recognized as the world champion at that class by all the major sanctioning bodies.

why is this so hard to understand? claiming you are undisputed when you only have 3 out of 4 belts doesn't make sense if you know what the word undisputed means. im undisputed!.......cept for that other guy over there. if you don't wanna recognzize the wbo that's your own problem i guess.

margarito was the number 1 fighter at welterweight from 2004-2007 while judah and spinks were playing tag. they should have actually fought him instead of arguing over who was more undisputeder

I'm only dis*****g that even if Baldomir was an Undisputed Champion at a particular moment doesn't mean that he is better that Cotto, Margarito and Mosley.
