No, because JMM will be almost 20lbs heavier for this fight and he does know how his speed will carry with the weight.

PBF has pressure because he needs to win big or face ridicule if he struggles with a lightweight.

        No question. He doesn't.

He enters the p4p rankings in the lower half of the top 10. That's based on past accomplishments. He gets nothing for beating a guy from 2 weightclasses below. It's only to show that he's back. Let's hope he takes some meaningful challenge (a WW) next.

Theres a difference of 7lbs, you're making it seem like its Floyd/Oscar when Floyd was outweighed by 15+ lbs

If Floyd can beat guys far bigger than him then why can't JMM

Marquez is almost a 3 1/2 to 1 dog, and that's huge if we're talking about boxing odds.

Marquez will even be more of an underdog after everybody realizes that his best win was against Juan Diaz, who didn't look good against Paulie, it hasn't sunk in to some people yet. Marquez got bullied and was very hittable, good thing he was the better boxer who can adjust quick as the fight goes. His superior boxing intelligence and his vast experience is what carried him through. Imagine what a bigger, faster and a wily Floyd would do to him, plus the fact the added weight will slow him down considerably...

I was reading between the lines, and I could hear Oscar say, "Floyd your ****ed if this fight bombs out. Since you're the lead promoter, and I already got my $800k cut by delivering Marquez to you, you better work your ass off if you want to recoup some of your money back!"

I agree with this totally. If Floyd doesn't take care of JMM convincingly, it will look bad for him. But I think he will win this fight without question.

It is, JMM has nothing to lose here, Floyd has.

WHAT when JMM has as much heart as gatti in his prime that is,(which is sayin a lot but true!) he was far from his prime when he fought mayweather! more speed! has a lot more skill. A whole lot greater fighter all round! I loved Gatti as a fighter but im bein real. tell me im wrong at your peril
