I don't like how the ref jumped on top of Cornflake and stopped him from getting up. He actually held him down, you could see Cornflake didn't quit until the ref pushed his chest. I'm not saying that wasn't a good knockdown, but the ref made sure he stayed down.
Because a fighter's first instinct is to wake up to continue to fight and after a knockdown like that usually they are not fit to continue because they are not seeing good, and could be the fighter tries to fight the ref (without noticing).
