Was there really any doubt. To fight the style Arreola does, you absolutely have to have good punch resistance.

it's all about the size and shape of the head, Arreolla has a big square head, Joshua has a tiny peanut head. Canelo has a big square head, James Toney looks like a giant Olmec head

Arreola probably has a better chin, but its also that the first Ruiz/AJ fight was a fluke.
