Big Figueroa fan here but he’s declined horribly over the years. Multiple hand injuries, substance abuse (alcohol), getting fat between fights and issues with his corner (or lack thereof) are all shining examples of why he needs to hang em up.

He has zero business at 147 but he’s too undisciplined to make 140. He missed the train when he pulled out of the Broner fight in 2018.

The fact that most of us couldn’t pin point what weight class he’s been in since lightweight is very telling. I hope he makes the right decision after tonight. No way he should’ve taken on Ramos or anybody else at WW after Ugas. Guerrero was pretty shot when Omar fleeced him back in 2017.
