    pacquiao, rigondeaux, lomachenko

canelo doesn't get in because he is a confirmed cheat who lost twice to ggg and lost to lara and trout, draw against danny jacobs. his only clear wins are an old far past prime cotto and kovalev and khan, mosley.pretty pathetic resume.

Ioka - sealed it with the Tanaka KO
      Nietes

      Donaire
      Loma
      Mikey
      Crawford
      Pac
      GGG
      Canelo
      Zelenoff
      Kovalev
      Usyk
      Fury

Inoue is only 28, he'll be a lock. AJ will be in regardless of whether he beats Fury across their two fights, we just need to see the fights to know who the top dog of the era is. Need to see more from Spence, Jermall, Wilder. Leo probably, Rigo if he beats Casimero.
IMO, Nietes and Ioka need to defeat at least one (either Choco, Estrada, or SSR) for them to be considered for HOF. SSR need at least one more great win either against Nietes or Ioka.

Lock: Pac, Canelo, Donaire, and Fury if he beats Joshua.

GGG needs at least 2-3 great wins.
Loma, Mikey, Crawford, all have no great wins.
      The rest are meh.

Only three: Pac, Canelo, and Estrada. That’s it.

Ioka is already the youngest ever 4 division world champion. He's in regardless.

If Zelenoff is in I would like to see Brian Sutherland in as well. Sutherland's resume may be slightly underwhelming but him being a world ambassador of the sport cannot be overlooked.

Ioka has won belts in 4 divisions and has a signature win over Tanaka, a very close loss to Nietes that could have went either way, and wins over Reveco, Yaegashi, Alvarado, Jaigrajang, and another loss to Reunroeng where he could have got the decision. The talent pool in the lower weights is smaller but he's got a legit resume. Nietes's signature win was his very close win over Ioka, they should rematch. Ioka has a better resume than Nietes, but both will get in. Compare their legacies to somebody like Broner who has won 'belts' in 4 divisions and they're night and day.

SSR will be in there once the dust has settled on this era. He beat 2 HOF'ers in their primes - his own peak wasn't long but good enough to ensure he's a tough out for any 115 fighters in history.

Chocolatito is one of the best 112 and under fighters of all time. Throw in his wins against Cuadras, Yafai, the first fight with SSR (which I thought he edged) and the recent win against Estrada (imo) you've got one of the best resumes in 115lbs history. Chocolatito is a legit ATG.

Regarding Mikey, p4p he's for sure a great fighter. How many fighters win their first title at 126 and then go on to be Lineal 140 Champ and unified Lightweight champion at the same time? If a vacant belt was on the line when he beat Jessie Vargas and he became a 5-division title holder people wouldn't argue. Sometimes I don't care about belts, it's about the names. Now Vargas isn't a special fighter but Mikey proved he came mix it with much larger men and in a p4p context that was an important fight to demonstrate Mikey is a great fighter. Yeah Mikey doesn't have that one special win to hang his hat on but wins over Salido, Juanma, Rocky, Zlaticanin, Broner, Lipinets, Easter Jr, Vargas demonstrates his p4p ability to traverse divisions. He lost 2.5 years of his career to politics too. Mikey is underrated I think.

Don't know why people are questioning GGG. He has 2 wins over Canelo imo, should have been undisputed basically. In his prime he was avoided and his resume is a victim of that. Also any fighters that's on p4p lists that long definitely gets in.
