This 10 years past his peak version of Arreola made to order for the speed of Ruiz. Perfect showcase fight. But laughable that it’s PPV

Respect to both for putting in the work and coming in the best shape of their careers for this one

Very Stacked Card! The Main Event is just not PPV Worthy but I think this card will prove to be very entertaining from start to finish

The boxing media didn’t even look at both fighters in person.

If any of these reporters actually went to camp, the weight loss stories would have been about Arreola.

They just listened to Ruiz and his promoter talk and wrote stories about how he changed his body.

Ruiz has weighed less than 256 in 18 of his fights. Arreola has never been this light.

        lol so stupid.

Arreola is an aging brawler who will be giving up 20+ lbs to his younger faster opponent. Ruiz should be able to make a statement.

These are serious and dire times where fighters like Arreola aren’t going to miss the pay… even if they recently suffered from Covid….the show must go on

LOL new and improved Andy Ruiz is 10 lbs lighter than when he fought AJ.

He's always going to be a burrito eating slob.

235 is the perfect weight for Andy. We already see some abs coming through. Andy would actually look pretty shredded at 235.

If nothing else I applaud Arreola for getting in the best possible shape for the fight, coming off a long layoff at 40 years old no less. The size disadvantage may end up working against him, however he can at least step into the ring knowing that he’s put in serious work to get ready.

That’s also 10 lbs. lighter than he was for his career-best win. Ultimately his performance is what matters.
